The Las Cruces Public Schools and their Academic Career Experience (ACE) program, in partnership with New Mexico Workforce Connection, hosted the 2021 Mock It Till You Rock It virtual event on March 13, 2021 via Zoom. This event is an opportunity for high school students to sculpt their skills in simulated interviews. Employers were asked to volunteer to conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help each student improve their presentation. A total of 32 students participated and 22 volunteers helped with interviewing.
Local employers donated items for goodie bags for the students and the image above is a big thank you for their generosity.
