New Mexico Workforce Connection is the region's workforce expert, helping hundreds of employers connect with thousands of job seekers each year. Offering innovative solutions to assist businesses with their success in today's highly competitive workforce, while providing the tools job seekers need to find or advance in their current careers.
 

Local Workforce Investment Board - Appointed by the Region IV, Chief Elected Officials, the members of the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board are the governing and funding body for the delivery of services through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act program. This program partners with other government and non-governmental programs to deliver an array of services that are geared toward satisfying the workforce needs of businesses, job seekers and youth.
