Labor Relations Training Series for Employers - April 2026


The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (DWS) Labor Relations Division is offering a Labor Relations Training Series for employers across the region. These sessions are designed to provide practical information on key workplace topics and help businesses better understand their responsibilities under state and federal labor laws.


Topics covered during the training may include:

  • Wage and hour requirements

  • Employee rights and workplace discrimination

  • Employment of minors

  • Public Works Prevailing Wage

  • Paid Sick Leave


These sessions provide an opportunity for employers to gain expert guidance, ask questions, and receive clear, reliable information to support compliance and strengthen workplace practices.
