a) Resolution 20 – 02 approves an amendment to Contract No. PY20-WIOA-02 between ResCare Workforce Services and the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board for WIOA Adult & Dislocated Worker Services, and authorizes the Board Chair or Vice-Chair to sign the contract amendment
b) Resolution 20 – 03 authorizes the Administrative Entity to issue a Request for Proposals for a Strategic Planning Facilitator
c) Resolution 20 – 04 authorizes an ad-hoc Bylaws Committee and certifies the appointed members
d) Resolution 20 – 05 elects a Board Chair and Vice-Chair for the period of September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021
