Employer Roundtable in Deming - December 4, 2025

Join us on Thursday, December 4, 2025, for an Employer Roundtable hosted in collaboration with America's Job Center in Deming and Deming Luna County Economic Development.

This free discussion will introduce employers to the BECA (Building Equitable Career Advancement) initiative, supported through New Mexico’s SAEF2 (State Apprenticeship Expansion Formula) grant. This statewide effort aims to expand apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship opportunities in key industries, including clean energy, broadband, construction, and infrastructure.

This roundtable is designed to give local employers an opportunity to:

• Learn how BECA and the SAEF2 grant can support their workforce needs

• Explore wage incentives, support services, and resources available to participating businesses

• Share hiring challenges, skill gaps, and workforce priorities

• Connect with local workforce partners who can assist in developing or expanding apprenticeship pathways

Whether your business is already engaged in apprenticeships or is interested in starting a program, this session will provide valuable information about how BECA can help strengthen your talent pipeline and support long-term workforce growth in your industry.

This event is FREE, and all employers in the targeted industries are encouraged to register to attend.
