SOUTHWESTERN AREA WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) RFP # 2019-002 LEGAL NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Competitive sealed proposals for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Adult & Dislocated Worker Services are being solicited by the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board. The selected offeror will be responsible for the provision of developing and implementing the WIOA Adult & Dislocated Worker Services in a seven-county area of Southwest New Mexico.
