d) Resolution 24 – 07 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve contract PY24-WIOA-02 Amendment No. 2 between the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board and Arbor E&T, LLC dba Equus Workforce Solutions to provide WIOA Adult & Dislocated Worker Services

e) Resolution 24 – 08 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve the Local Four-Year Plan

f) Resolution 24 – 09 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to authorize the SAWDB Board Chair as a signatory on Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board bank accounts
