b. *Resolution 20 – 01 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board Chair's committee appointments
c. *Resolution 20 – 02 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve an amendment to contract No. PY20-WIOA-02 between ResCare Workforce Services and the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board for WIOA adult & Dislocated Worker Services, and authorizes the SAWDB Board Chair or Vice-chair to sign the contract amendment
d. *Resolution 20 – 03 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to authorize the Administrative Entity to issue a Request for Proposals for a Strategic Planning Facilitator
e. *Resolution 20 - 04 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to authorize an ad-hoc Bylaws Committee and certifies the appointed members
f. *Resolution 20 - 05 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to elect a Board Chair and Vice-Chair for the period of September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021
VIII. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Action Regarding
a. Resolution 20 – 06 ratifies the approval and signing of the corrected contract agreement between the Region IV, Chief Elected Officials and the South Central Council of Governments to provide fiscal agent services from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021
b. Resolution 20 – 07 appoints members to the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board
