Calling all employers to be recognized as a Return-to-Work Champion by the State of New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration.

In this job seeker market, you can establish yourself as a family-friendly business while retaining your recovering workers. As the RTW Specialist for the WCA, I will be doing a monthly column highlighting RTW Best Practices.

Best Practice # 1 – Have a RTW overseer. Designate one person or even better, a team of a few core people to oversee your workers’ compensation program. Once you do that, give them the RTW checklist found below.
