SW Region Town Hall: Employment Services - July 23, 2021

Join us on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom for the SW Region Town Hall addressing services for Employers provided by New Mexico Workforce Connection and other workforce partners. Subject matter experts will present key components of their programs and engage with attendees through a Q & A session.

Presentation Information:

Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Get an overview on workplace accommodations, WOTC incentive programs, employer support and hiring individuals with disabilities.

Adult and Dislocated Worker Program Learn about Tuition Assistance, reimbursable wages through On-the-Job Training and Customized Training, Supportive Services, and more.

Youth Services Program Learn about paid Work Experience, reimbursable wages through On-the-Job Training, Supportive Services, and more.

Employment Services Employers can learn about posting jobs, candidate searches, recruitment events, job fairs, benefits of hiring veterans, and more.

Local Veterans Employment Representative


National Farmworker Jobs Program The NFJP program provides employer supports via on-the-job training or subsidized employment programs. NFJP also provides technical assistance, recruiting support, and supportive services for employees and employers of the agricultural field.

Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers MSFW provides technical Assistance and support for migrant and seasonal farm workers and the agricultural employers who employ them. They also provide referrals and connections to existing programs as well as offer training and supportive services to reduce turnaround.
