i. *Resolution 20 – 37 concurs with the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board to approve amendment to Contract PY20-WIOA-04 between the Southwestern Area Workforce Development Board and Arbor E&T, LLC dba ResCare Workforce Services, now Equus, for One-Stop Operator services, and authorizes the chair or vice-chair to sign the agreement
j. *Resolution 20 – 38 approves the Open Meetings Act Resolution for July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022

a. Resolution 20 – 39 accepts the Independent Auditor’s Report for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020
b. Resolution 20 – 40 approves a government-to-government contract agreement between the Chief Elected Officials and the South Central Council of Governments to provide fiscal agent services from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, and authorizes the CEO Chair or Vice-Chair to sign the agreement
c. The approval of NMAC 11.2.4 by NM State Workforce Development Board and changes affecting the Chief Elected Officials Board Composition and Representation
