Q: What is a Blue Apron position?

A: Here are the primary responsibilities:

• Carry out daily activities and duties of the business

• Self-motiviated, determined, and optimistic attitude

• Uphold and follow company's policies and procedures

• Be able to memorize all menu items and recipes in training period (2 weeks)

• Be able to stand for a sustained period of time (6-7 hours)

• Learn to serve customer and run the custard machine

• Can work in a strong teamwork emphasized environment

• Reliably attend all scheduled shifts

Q: What is a Shift Leader?

A: Here are the primary responsibilities:

• Handle all money responsibly and hold keys to a location properly

• Ceate a safe/fun environment for employees to work in

• Remain calmand collected uring any and all scenarios

• Challenge team members

• Impact speed by motivating and directing team effectively

• Impact quality by observing food handling techniques

• Hold team members accountable to policies/procedures

• Mange the time of team effectively and efficiently

• Communicate effectively with team members, customers and store manager

Q: What shifts do you have?

A: We have two shifts:

• Morning Shift is 9:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

• Night Shift is 4:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
