Questions and Answers

The following are common questions and answers about this position.


Q:  Is there a background/drug screening?

A:  Some programs DO require a background or a drug screening, but not all programs.


Q:  Does the position require a valid drivers license?

A:  No.


Q:  Does the position require a high school diploma?

A:  We prefer GED/diploma however, we also hire 16+ and students who have one.


Q:  What are you doing about PPE/COVID?

A:  Everyone must wear a mask, we practice 6ft. social distancing, daily cleaning/sanitizing


Q:  Does the pay start at minimum wage and are there opportunities for pay raises?

A:  Pay starts at $10.50 per  hour plus commission. We GUARANTEE a pay raise for all employees every 6 months for the first two years of employment. We also provide training with our TLC University and promote from within.


Q:  Are there opportunities to work from home if an employee has children? If so, would you provide the equipment?

A:  Working from home is a position that employees can work towards.
