The following are common questions and answers about CN Wire.


Q:  Where are you located?

A:  Santa Teresa, New Mexico

Q:  How many shifts do you have and what are the hours?

A:   We have two 12-hour shifts: 6:50 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 6:50 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. We have four production teams that rotate from days to nights  and vice versa every 4 months.

Q:  Is there a night shift differential?

A:  Yes, there is a night shift differential of $0.35

Q:  Do I get to choose which shift I want?

A:  Unfortunately not. It will depend on where we need the employees

Q:  Are there opportunities for overtime pay?

A:  Overtime is frequent, but not guaranteed

Q:  Do you offer any type of benefits?

A:  Yes, we offer medical benefits and more

Q:  What safeguards do you have in place for COVID-19?

A:  - Body temperature check before entering the facility

- The company provides face masks and they must be worn at all times

- Social distance barriers at lunch room and patio

- Signs on time clocks and entrance

- Hand sanitizers all around

- Cleaning stations with Clorox spray bottles, gloves and rags to clean work areas

Q:  After applying, how long will it take to hear from someone?

A:  Within 2 days

Q:  Will interviews be conducted in-person or virtually?

A:  Virtually
