From the Bureau of Labor Statistics...

 

Total nonfarm payroll employment edged up in May (+75,000), and the unemployment rate remained at 3.6 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Employment continued to trend up in professional and business services and in health care.

The U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) has issued the following news release on Friday, May 31, 2019:

Personal income increased 0.5 percent in April after increasing 0.1 percent in March. Wages and salaries, the largest component of personal income, increased 0.3 percent in April after increasing 0.4 percent in March.
