Did You Know That Your Business Can Be Reimbursed for Training?

 

Imagine getting reimbursed for the types of trainings your company is already doing.  If you have employees, a big part of your business's success is training your new employees and existing employees with the skills and knowledge that are required for their jobs.

 

There are two different reimbursement programs that are offered by the New Mexico Workforce Connection Centers, On-the-Job Training and Customized Training, with reimbursements of 50% and 75% available.

 


On-the-Job Training

On-the-Job training is a great way to make a difference for your business, because it helps reduce your training costs, while providing your new employee with the necessary skill sets that you require for the job. 

 

If your business is planning to hire, it can take advantage of this federal program that reimburses employers for training new employees, or existing employees who are moving to a different position within your business, but will need additional in-house training to do the job.

 

           

 

 

Customized Training

Customized training is another program that helps employers with a 50% training reimbursement for their existing employees.
